2 Weeks and Counting

We have had the priveledge of spending a great amount of time with Mason over the past week while I was on Spring Break. We have celebrated many small accomplishments in the last two weeks, the birth of our son, seeing his eyes open for the first time, the chance to dress him in his own clothes, but we have also had the opportunity to rest ourselves (Carrie specifically) while the wonderful people at the hospital monitor Mason as he prepares himself to come home. By the end of the week Mason had his weight up to 3 lbs. 10 oz. and has received "full feeds" the last few days. Over the weekend we were able to move Mason's room towards completion with the help of my parents. Carrie (and I) always seem to feel more comfortable when it comes to putting holes in the walls to hang things when my Dad is around to calm my short temper and desire to race through things. Thanks for the help. Enjoy the pics as we collect more over the next week.

"Little" guy is getting big:) Love the new decor and "the BOY" is one lucky guy to have such cool looking digs and AWESOME parents...not to mention Grandparents!! Sounds like Mason is well on his way to getting home to his own room and what an exciting day that will be. Love all three of you!
